Tess is the Chair of Thinkbox, which she set up in 2006 as its first CEO. Prior to this, she was the Chairman of the PHD Group in the UK. In June 2018, she was awarded the Mackintosh Medal for her professional and personal contribution to advertising. Tess sits on the Council of the Advertising Standards Authority and is a Fellow of the Marketing Society, an Emeritus member of the MGGB and a Patron of NABS and in 2013, was voted Media Industry Leader of the Decade by readers of Campaign magazine.
Jenny set up the7stars in 2005 after a career in media agencies including Zenith and Carat. In the last 13 years the7stars has grown to be the UK’s largest media independent agency with billings of over £350 Million and over 200 people.

Zaid is currently Chief Brand & Marketing Officer of BT Group, whose portfolio of brands includes BT, EE, Plusnet & Openreach. Zaid is also globally responsible for brand and marketing strategy, online and offline, customer insight and NPS, advertising and marketing communications, media planning & buying, sponsorships, and driving customer centricity. He also chairs the Digital Board, which leads digital transformation.

Steve has spent the last 18 years of his career in the digital advertising industry. He’s the Director of Media for ISBA, leading a team delivering industry education, standards, research and shaping and campaigning for effective, responsible industry self-regulation across all media platforms on behalf of marketers.

Libby Child co-founded Greengrass Consulting just under 3 years ago, specialising in the marketing and communication sector and working with teams to strengthen their performance. Prior to this she spent ten years setting up Aprais UK and developing it into the leading independent agency/marketing client performance measurement consultancy.
Libby’s earlier, 20 year plus, career was spent working within communication agencies in roles including Managing Director, Worldwide Account Director, and European Chief Operating Officer, at Ogilvy, Y&R, McCann and FutureBrand.

Carly is Group Head of Media at Sky working across all of Sky’s markets.
She is responsible for strategic media initiatives, key media business relationships, driving best practice and knowledge sharing, and identifying and implementing common opportunities across the Sky markets. She lead the most recent media agency review across Europe.
Carly joined Sky in 2016, having previously worked with advertisers and agencies to improve the effectiveness of their media over the last ten years.
Philip Collins is a columnist for The Times. He was a chief speech writer for Prime Minister Tony Blair in 10 Downing Street between 2004 and 2007, and has subsequently written keynote speeches for a range of senior politicians, leaders of charities and NGOs and chief executive officers. Collins is the author of When they Go Low, We Go High; the Art of Speeches and Presentations; and Start Again: How We Can Fix Our Broken Politics.

Gerry's remit is to oversee P&G’s significant investment in media, manage relationships with key external agencies and partners and drive best practice across all its businesses and regions. He has held roles previously at Mondelez, Samsung, Sky, Starcom and Leo Burnett. Gerry is married, has two children and a dog and splits his time between Switzerland and the UK.

Commander Clarke Jarrett has been part of the UK’s Counter Terrorism Network since September 2012 and led the response for the Counter Terrorism Command to the terrorist attacks in London during 2017. Prior to this he spent 5 years working on Intelligence and Covert Operations for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Neal is a senior media professional with over 25 years experience in the media advertising industry. David Dinsmore was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of News UK in September 2015.
Joining News UK in 1990, he become Editor in 2006, where his standout achievement was to drive circulation to a market-leading 400,000-plus daily copies. David became Managing Editor of The Sun, and then Director of Operations for News UK in October 2012 and Editor of The Sun in 2013.
He is also chairman of the News Media Association (NMA), the industry body representing national, regional and local news media in the UK - a position he has held since January 2018.
Rob Hattrell leads one of eBay’s strongest markets worldwide, attracting over 24 million British buyers a month.

Matthew Taylor has been Chief Executive of the RSA since November 2006.
In July 2017 Matthew published the report ‘Good Work’; an independent review into modern employment, commissioned by the UK Prime Minister. Matthew’s previous roles include Chief Adviser on Political Strategy to the Prime Minister, and Chief Executive of the ippr the UK’s leading left of centre think tank.
Matthew is a regular media performer, having presented several Radio Four documentaries, and is a panellist on the programme Moral Maze.
